Terms and Conditions

Check in is from 3:00pm up until 9:00pm. Please contact us if you are delayed.
Check out is at 12:00pm.  If you are not leaving Teignmouth immediately after check out we are happy to look after your bags until you are ready to go and you are also welcome to leave your car on the drive.

There is no minimum nights stay.

Our guest rooms have a capacity of 2 adults each but one, or even two, fold up beds can be fitted in .

We are pleased to offer a smoke-free facility. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms or on the guest house property.

We can accommodate one well-behaved dog.

We operate a fourteen day cancellation policy which means that, should you need to cancel your booking, you need to let us know at least fourteen days prior to your arrival date for a full refund.

In the event of a cancellation within the fourteen day period prior to your arrival date, 25% of the full amount will be retained by us. If a cancellation is less than 24 hours before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the full booking amount and in the event of a no show, you will be charged the full cost of your stay.

Please be assured that should a cancellation take place because of a government imposed lockdown a full refund will be given, however we suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover all other eventualities.
