Frequently Asked Questions
Current requirements regarding Covid 19
We have had an enhanced cleaning programme in place since the 1st re-opening. Our number one priority is the safety of our guests and ourselves and our aim is to provide a balance between the constantly changing regulations and recommendations and a warm and friendly welcome. Practices are reviewed regularly with the latest govt advice implemented as soon as possible but we continue to sanitize high traffic areas regularly and provide masks and hand sanitizer to guests. As we only have two bedrooms you will not have to worry about overcrowding or lack of space.
Masks are required whenever you move around the house and can only be taken off once you are in your own room or sitting down for breakfast. Our dining room is large enough that social distancing will not be a problem but please use the same places at the dining table throughout your holiday. Masks are not required in the conservatory or the gardens so you can enjoy these as normal.
If you wish we will clean your bedroom daily as usual wearing gloves and a mask, if you would prefer us not to enter your room we will leave anything that you require outside your door.
We hope this makes the situation clear, but should you have any concerns regarding Covid-19 precautions please get in touch.

Buses are also close by and you could get one to visit the beautiful Powderham Castle.
