Very enjoyable relaxed stay in a beautiful Regency house - We really enjoyed our stay at Woodlands which is a beautiful Regency house. The best bit was breakfast in the dining room surrounded by many antiques including a Harmonium organ... read more and Harpsichord , huge windows and a ticking grandfather clock. Sarah lets out just two rooms (ours was very spacious including the en-suite) and we didn’t see the other couple, so it felt like we had the house to ourselves. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory watching the sun go down across the bay.

Sarah maintains a perfect balance in providing a warm relaxed service, with leaving you to it. The family are discreetly tucked away somewhere !

She uses high quality ingredients for breakfast - lovely fresh coffee and orange juice, her own baked bread and the best granola I’ve had.

Highly recommend a visit to Shaldon - lovely village just across from Teignmouth.

  Hidden Gem - Beautiful house and rooms. Met by Sarah with a lovely pot of tea and some biscuits.

Room was lovely, shower took a while to heat... read more up, but once heated - was great.

Close to Teignmouth station and town centre. Lovely walk down hill to the town, bit of a hill on the way back, although this didn't stop us!!

Would def recommend.

  Awesome - Fantastic property, views from room amazing, everything you would want from a B & B plus some. Breakfast was super yummy. Hosts were awesome. Highly recommend.
